Spanish Teacher/Classroom Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 220 East Kingston Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28203 As part of our team, the coordinator will serve both as a Spanish instructor, developing short lessons for both our toddler and primary classrooms as well as providing support each day to different classrooms. As Coordinator, the ability to adapt to each teacher’s classroom needs is an important as well as flexibility for the various needs of the school each day. As part of a Montessori school, we are looking for an individual with an interest in the philosophy and one who is open to learning how to support our established classrooms and trained teachers. The schedule of the Classroom Coordinator is predetermined to support lead teachers for the first part of the day, and for extended day program, it is to assist the assistant teachers who are leading the program; and possibly leading it yourself when the need arrives. A classroom coordinator could also potentially serve as a substitute. The position is full time with the option for a flexed schedule (part time) on non-Spanish instruction days.
