The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting student success. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions to enhance student understanding. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Support students in their academic journey by providing guidance and resources as needed. Experience A degree from a recognized university is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
