RN/CHHA Class Instructor – Spanish/English Speaking Caring For Angels Home Care Matawan, NJ 07747 Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who loves to teach and inspire others? Join Caring For Angels Home Care as a Part-Time RN Instructor and help shape the next generation of Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs). We’re looking for a skilled and caring nurse to lead our state-approved CHHA training program on a per diem basis. This is the perfect opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring others, prefers a flexible schedule, and wants to make a lasting difference in the community. What You’ll Do (Job Description & Responsibilities): Deliver engaging instruction in both classroom and hands-on skills lab settings. Teach curriculum content approved by the NJ Board of Nursing for CHHA certification. Guide, mentor, and support students through their learning journey. Supervise students during practical clinical sessions (if required). Maintain accurate attendance, performance records, and student evaluations. Ensure compliance with state training standards and agency policies. Collaborate with the training coordinator on scheduling and student needs. What You’ll Bring (Qualifications): Current NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. preferred). Completion of the CHHA Train-the-Trainer course (or willingness to complete it). Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding new caregivers. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. CPR certification required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Schedule & Flexibility:

Per diem / part-time hours based on class schedules. Weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts available. Great opportunity for nurses looking to supplement income or semi-retirees.
