Mt. Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ Hiring FT or PT Spanish Teacher We are hiring a full-time or part-time Spanish Teacher with NJDOE certification to educate our special needs’ students.

• Create and implement lesson plans which fulfill the curriculum requirements.
• Teach Spanish language principles including reading, writing, and speaking
• Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social and emotional development of special needs’ students
• Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents, districts, fellow staff members as needed.
• Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lessons.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in teaching.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and attendance

• MUST POSSESS NJDOE CERTIFICATION IN SPANISH

• Ability to teach Spanish to varied-age students
• Strong classroom management skills
• Familiarity with latest educational technologies and software
• Strong command of Spanish grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Patience, creativity and enthusiasm for teaching special needs’ students
• Competence in using technology for educational purposes
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
