Job Description Summary
The MUSC Wellness Center is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Part-Time Group Exercise Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and effective fitness classes for diverse populations.
As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and supportive environment while delivering classes that promote overall well-being.
Must be certified in one or more of the following: Yoga, Aquatics, Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, Les Mills RPM, Pilates, or Cycle/Spin.

Job Description
High School Diploma/GED required.
Current nationally recognized Yoga, Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, Les Mills RPM, Les Mills SPRINT, Pilates, Cycle/Spin, or Aquatics certification required.
Current adult CPR/AED certification from a recognized provider (e.g., American Heart Association, Red Cross).
Prior experience teaching group exercise classes in a fitness, clinical, wellness, or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, injury prevention, and class programming.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants of all fitness levels.
