Job Summary Middle Georgia State University (MGA) invites applications for a part-time instructor of management to join our growing and student-centered business program. The successful candidate will teach classes in management such as Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, and International Business. Responsibilities Teaching courses as needed to support the management bachelor¿s degree Providing quality instruction in each course Recruiting undecided majors through Core IMPACTS courses Presenting Business programs as attractive disciplines to dual-enrolled students Attending occasional departmental events Required Qualifications Required Educational Qualifications Master¿s degree in a business field Required Experience Experience in teaching online and in-person courses Other Required Qualifications Demonstrated success in teaching college courses Strong communication and collaborative skills Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications Master¿s degree in the business management field Preferred Experience Experience teaching business management courses Experience in the field of business management public speaking experience Required Documents to Attach Curriculum vitae Contact information for three professional references Copies of all Transcripts (Official is preferred) Letter of Interest Statement of Teaching Philosophy USG Core Values The University System of Georgia is comprised of our 26 institutions of higher education and learning as well as the System Office.
