Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Life’s Good Stay Here. In this role, you will provide essential healthcare services to individuals with IDD, ensuring their medical needs are met while promoting their overall well-being in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess the health status of participants, including vital signs and medical history. Provide care for individuals with specific needs such as dementia or other health conditions. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Educate participants and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each participant. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Teach AFL providers Medication Administration Teach AFL providers Blood Bourne Pathogens Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in internal medicine or dementia care preferred. Strong assessment skills and ability to manage complex health needs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with participants and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
