Head Boys Baseball Coach Qualifications:

Candidate should hold an active State of Alabama teaching certificate and be knowledgeable of the sport of baseball. Three to Five years of coaching experience is preferred.

Use a variety of instructional/Coaching techniques and media to meet the needs and improve the abilities of student athletes in the sport assigned.

Days Performance Responsibilities:

Organize, coordinate and promote a comprehensive sports program that is designed to meet the needs and interest of the district and community Monitor student eligibility. Organize and conduct practice Schedule and arrange transportation for competition. Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (Coaches without a CDL will have their coaching supplement docked 25%) Exhibits positive human relations skills. Communicates effectively and appropriately with all stakeholders including students, parents/guardians, colleagues, and community groups. Adheres to Eufaula City Schools Board of Education policy and administrative guidelines, and state and federal rules and regulations. Engages in personal professional growth and demonstrates professional ethics and leadership. Performs other tasks as assigned by the principal, as long as they are not in conflict with board policy.
