To design total conditioning programs and to design and conduct testing programs. To assist coaches in evaluating individual player performance and potential and to manage student assistants, graduate assistants and/or interns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Certified through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program required
