The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of football. Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs that enhance players’ skills and understanding of football. Conduct practice sessions, focusing on both individual and team development. Educate players on game strategies, rules, and sportsmanship. Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Manage behavior during practices and games to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Collaborate with other coaching staff to plan game strategies and training schedules.
