Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification (preferred) or classified dependent upon qualifications of the the person holding the position Previous experience in sports as a participant and/or coach (preferred) but not required Completion of all requirements set forth by the AHSAA Coaches’ Education Program Must have or be willing to obtain CDL Substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of volleyball and a willingness to examine new theories
