Responsibilities include:

managing time being a positive role model inspiring gymnasts showing up for scheduled shifts arriving on time being reliable, responsible, and dedicated being positive, cheerful, supportive, and encouraging leading warmups and stretches for some of the classes teaching vault, horizontal bar, parallel bars, pommel horse, rings, and floor exercise skills, drills, and conditioning improving gymnast technique, form, and routines possibly attend meets cleaning gymnastics equipment attending staff training We prefer to promote within.
