Responsibilities include:

being an energetic leader and motivator (Be a rockstar!) being a go-getter who wants to grow personally and professionally being passionate about your responsibilities and the business managing time, schedule, and staff being a positive role model inspiring gymnasts and staff showing up for scheduled shifts arriving on time being reliable, responsible, and dedicated being positive, cheerful, supportive, and encouraging training, leading, and subbing as needed for warmups and stretches and for some of the classes training, leading, and subbing to teach vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and/or floor exercise skills, drills, and conditioning improving gymnast technique, form, and routines keeping facility clean at all times attending, planning, and/or leading staff training providing lesson plans for staff problem-solving with staff implementing and improving systems communicating with parents and community managing recreational classes and possibly team planning as needed We prefer to promote within.
