Responsibilities include:

managing time, schedule, and staff being a positive role model inspiring gymnasts and staff showing up for scheduled shifts arriving on time being reliable, responsible, and dedicated being positive, cheerful, supportive, and encouraging training, leading, and subbing as needed for warmups and stretches for some of the classes training, leading, and subbing to teach vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and/or floor exercise skills, drills, and conditioning improving gymnast technique, form, and routines cleaning gymnastics equipment attending, planning, and/or leading staff training
