Description
Assist the Head Coach in aspects of a comprehensive and competitive intercollegiate volleyball program.
Recruiting, practice planning, competition preparation, scouting, travel, and fundraising duties as determined in the discretion of the Head Coach.
Assist with financial aid and eligibility matters for student-athletes.
Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum two years of coaching experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed academically.
Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, and alumni.
Desired:
Master’s Degree. College coaching and recruiting experience in the Southeast.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
