Job Description
Assistant Softball Coach 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Hot Springs, AR 71913 National Park College is seeking a dedicated and passionate assistant softball coach to join our team. This position is a part-time, 12-month assistant position that pays $15,000 with opportunities to supplement income through camps, clinics, and lessons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment of student-athletes in accordance with NJCAA, Region II, and NPC rules and regulations Assist in monitoring and reporting academic progress of team members Participate in the planning, organizing and execution of practices and games Assist in the planning and operating of program camps/clinics Assist with the development and implementation of a strength and conditioning program Assist with coordinating community outreach efforts Assist with the enhancement of our social media and fundraising efforts Will perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level Experience with pitching instruction Ability to throw batting practice
Physical Requirements:
Standing and Walking
- more than 90% Close Vision and Sitting
- more than 20% Hand and Finger Dexterity
- more than 90% Lifting
