Classes focus on cheer fundamentals, pom technique, chants, motion training, and kicklines. You’ll help prepare students for exciting performance opportunities, including community showcases and halftime routines at local games. This is a rewarding opportunity for current/former high school or collegiate cheerleaders, who enjoy working with kids, building spirit, and creating a team-focused environment. Responsibilities Lead weekday afternoon (approx. 4-6 PM) and/or Saturday cheer classes Teach cheer basics, pom routines, and performance-based choreography Foster a spirited, positive, and inclusive team atmosphere Prepare students for performances and game-day appearances Communicate with families and site leads Participate in staff meetings and dress rehearsals as needed Qualifications Experience coaching youth cheerleading or dance team (required) Knowledge of cheer motions and fundamentals High energy, leadership skills, and classroom management Reliable, enthusiastic, and strong communicator
