This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeingday-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring the gymnasticsprogram success. Job Description As the Gymnastics Director forthis elite program, you are responsible for the successful growth,planning and implementation of the overall gymnastics departmentincluding (but not limited to) teams, classes, summer camp,billing, and administration. You will provide direct leadership andcoordination of all gymnastics related program areas, whilepromoting a fun and welcoming environment. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in physical education or related field preferred.3-5 years professional and supervisory experience incompetitive/instructional gymnastics preferred. Understanding ofthe nature and purpose of the YMCA and the respective roles ofvolunteers and staff. Ability to relate effectively to diversegroups of people from all social and economic segments of thecommunity. Track record of building authentic, constructiverelationships with others. Ability to effectively communicate usinga computer and phone/smart device. CRP/AED, First Aid required.

USAG professional membership, safety certification, and safe sportcertifications.
