The ideal candidate should have a strong background in baseball, in one of the following areas: Hitting, Pitching, Catching or Fielding and be able to effectively teach players of all ages and skill levels. The successful candidate will be able to develop individualized plans for each player, analyze data, and provide feedback in a positive and constructive manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the game of baseball and wants to help others reach their potential.

Responsibilities:

Analyze hitting or pitching mechanics and identify areas of improvement. Develop individualized hitting or pitching plans for each player. Provide instruction on proper hitting or pitching techniques. Monitor players’ progress and adjust plans accordingly. Develop drills to improve hitting or pitching mechanics. Provide feedback to players on their performance. Organize and lead hitting or pitching practice sessions. Communicate with adult players, and other coaches.

Schedule:

After school Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
