Head Men’s Basketball Coach Post Grad Team Job Duties:
Recruitment:
Lead the recruitment efforts to attract and evaluate talented student-athletes in the Class of 2025 for our Class of 2026.
Film Breakdown:
Analyze game footage to strategize and enhance team performance.
On Court Instruction:
Provide comprehensive coaching during practices and games.
Individual Skill Development:
Design personalized training programs to improve player skills.
Practice Planning:
Develop effective practice schedules tailored to team needs.
Opponent Scouting Reports:
Prepare detailed scouting reports to devise game strategies.
Statistics:
Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate team and player performance.
Equipment Management:
Supervise the management and upkeep of basketball equipment.
Transportation:
Coordinate team travel logistics for games and events, drive team van to away games.
Daily Basketball Operations:
Oversee all aspects of daily operations related to the basketball program.
College Placement Responsibilities:
Guide and support student-athletes in navigating the college recruitment process. Foster relationships with college coaches to promote players for collegiate opportunities.
