Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Be available from 3:30pm-7:30pm-Train kids
• Plan and deliver soccer coaching sessions to players of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement training programs that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Provide guidance and support to players during practices and games
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters player growth and enjoyment of the sport
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team updates
• Ensure the safety of all players by following proper coaching techniques and implementing appropriate safety measures

Skills:

• Experience working with students or athletes in a coaching or educational setting
• Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
• Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline within the team
• Passion for sports coaching and a desire to educate and inspire young athletes
