Responsibilities Work with the team to provide a recreational atmosphere that aligns with Twists’s mission and goals. Teach cheerleading clinics and classes, following the appropriate curriculum for the level of class you are coaching. Monitor and evaluate participant engagement and progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement. Provide creative input on lesson plan design to keep weekly course curriculums fresh, exciting and engaging for participants. Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive training program. Assist with special events, open gyms, birthday parties and workshops as needed. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Perform periodic equipment safety checks. Present a positive professional attitude that reflects the mission and goals of Twist Naples. Other duties as assigned by Program Director. Skills & Qualifications Must be 16 years or older Have reliable transportation to and from work Pass a background check Ready to have fun!
