Jacksonville Department Athletics, Cross Country-OPS Compensation $20.00 Hourly The University of North Florida (UNF), is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and knowledgeable individual for the position of Assistant Track Coach. This individual will assist the Head Track and Field Coach in all aspects of managing a competitive NCAA Division I program, including coaching, recruitment, academic monitoring, and program administration. Responsibilities include assisting with training sessions, recruiting student-athletes, coordinating travel logistics, and promoting academic success. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, a commitment to NCAA compliance, and a passion for athlete development. This role requires collaboration with athletic staff and fostering a positive team culture. Prior coaching or collegiate competition experience is preferred.
