We’re hiring passionate, knowledgeable coaches to join the Myomass team! Our gym is a one-of-a-kind strength training facility designed with families in mind—where members can lift heavy, bring their kids, and be part of an uplifting community. What you’ll do: Coach group strength training sessions with an emphasis on fun, safety, form, and progression Create a welcoming, supportive environment for all fitness levels Support gym operations by assisting with class transitions and keeping the space tidy and organized Engage with kids respectfully—we’re not a childcare facility, but we are a kid-friendly one! What we’re looking for: Certified personal trainer or strength coach (NASM, ACE, CSCS, etc.) Solid experience with barbell training (squat, deadlift, press, bench) and coaching proper technique Experience coaching or training clients in a group (must have experience beyond 1:1 training) Warm, confident presence and ability to adapt on the fly Comfortable working in a space where kids are welcome Bonus points for: Experience training postpartum clients CPR/First Aid certification Weekend availability
