In just three seasons, we’ve made a lasting impact— State Championship appearance in Year 1 , Semifinalists in Year 2 , and now entering Year 3 with championship expectations . We are a high-performance program committed to player development, discipline, and competitive excellence. Position Overview We are looking for a visionary, high-energy Offensive Coordinator who can install and execute an explosive, dynamic offensive system that puts pressure on defenses and maximizes our talent. This is a leadership position —you’ll be expected to set the tone, raise the standard, and bring results.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement an aggressive, high-scoring offensive system Develop weekly game plans and call plays with precision and confidence Lead, manage, and mentor position coaches on the offensive side of the ball Oversee offensive practices, film sessions, and player development Analyze opponent film and adjust schemes to exploit weaknesses Maximize the talent of each player, emphasizing fundamentals and situational awareness Maintain a culture of discipline, effort, and accountability Collaborate closely with the Head Coach and entire staff

Requirements:

High school coaching experience required , with proven results as a play-caller or coordinator Deep knowledge of offensive systems—spread, RPO, tempo, pro-style, or hybrid Demonstrated ability to build a game plan and make in-game adjustments Reliable, dependable, and committed —this is a year-round grind Must lead with intensity, passion, and a player-first mentality Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Willingness to work long hours and contribute to all facets of the program
