Swim Instructor Hudson Valley Swim Northwest Tampa 17631 N Dale Mabry Highway, Lutz, FL 33548 Experienced Swim Instructor – Part-Time (Lutz, FL) Are you passionate about teaching others how to swim and have 3+ years of experience in swim instruction? Join the team at Hudson Valley Swim , where we’ve been helping students of all ages and abilities—starting as young as 4 months—learn to swim since 2003. We’re currently seeking a reliable, dedicated, and experienced Swim Instructor for a year-round part-time position at our indoor facility in Lutz, FL .
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years’ swim instruction experience teaching all age groups, including infants, toddlers, youth, adults, and individuals with special needs. Experience leading small group classes . Strong teaching skills, professionalism, punctuality, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. WSI certification preferred , but we value hands-on experience most. Willingness to participate in hands-on training with our Head Instructor until you’re fully comfortable leading classes independently. Must pass a background check .
