We provide comprehensive tennis programming for juniors and adults across three locations in the Tampa area. Our Junior Development Pathway specializes in introducing tennis to beginners, developing their skills, guiding juniors to their next level, and training high-performance players to reach top national rankings, college-level play, and beyond. Our international team of coaches is committed to each student’s growth, focusing on game development, athletic performance, and personal growth, both on and off the court. Role Description This on-site role is based in the Tampa area, FL, for a Tennis Professional. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing within our program and settling down as a long-term team member. Responsibilities include assisting with or leading daily clinics for male and female players ages 5 to 18. The ideal candidate is experienced with all junior programs, including red, orange, and green ball, as well as high-performance groups. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for running a cohesive 30-minute fitness program at the end of high-performance clinics. In addition, the role requires flexibility to attend tournaments and the ability to professionally represent the program both on and off the court from time to time. USPTA / PTR

Certification or experience as a tennis coach, professional or collegiate player Proven ability to plan and organize group clinics as well as individual lessons Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create an inspiring team environment Positive, creative mindset with a strong work ethic Punctuality, reliability and strong time management skills Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and skill levels Maintain a cohesive relationship with all staff and clients of Eric Dobsha Tennis Passion for tennis and helping others improve their game Compensation and Hours Pay is based on skills and experience, with opportunities for raises based on performance. A minimum of 15+ hours in clinics is guaranteed each week, in addition to private lessons.
