The ideal candidate has a background coaching and/or playing soccer. This role involves educating young athletes in the fundamentals of soccer, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sports environment. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for leading training programs, conducting practices, and mentoring players both on and off the field. Duties Design and implement effective training sessions that enhance players’ skills and understanding of the game. Practice 2-3 times/week with ~20 weekend games Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance. Organize and manage team activities, including games, tournaments, and community events. Foster a positive environment that encourages participation and personal growth. Monitor player progress and maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s development. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and games. Skills Experience working with students in an educational or coaching capacity Ability to educate players on the rules of soccer while instilling a love for the game. Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and motivate players.
