We take pride in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and we’re looking for a dedicated Working Field Superintendent to lead by example-both in the field and in managing job sites. The Working Field Superintendent is a hands-on leader responsible for both supervising and actively participating in the construction process. This role requires a skilled professional who can oversee projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality while also performing fieldwork as needed. The ideal candidate has experience in pool construction or similar field, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Duties Perform hands-on work, including excavation, plumbing, rebar installation, shotcrete, tile and equipment setup. Operate construction tools and machinery as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site. Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring that milestones are met according to established deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality control measures. Maintain daily project logs, documenting job progress, materials used, and any challenges. Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and industry regulations. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in swimming pool construction or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical labor and operate construction equipment. Knowledge of pool construction techniques, plumbing, electrical, and masonry work. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation of schematics. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Valid driver’s license.
