Athletics Reports to: Director of Athletics Position Commences•October 2025 Summary Description The Pine School is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a proactive and positive attitude to assume the role of Head Coach for our JV Boys Soccer Team. The JV coach will report directly to the head varsity coach. Working closely with a collaborative athletic department, the JV coach will receive ample support to effectively communicate, strategize, and execute a thriving JV boys soccer season and program. Duties and Responsibilities Help plan and execute daily practice after school. Help coordinate and communicate weekly schedules in collaboration with the head varsity coach. Supervise students off-campus as needed for practices and competitions while positively representing The Pine School to the larger community. Lead the team and program with a commitment to nurturing student-athletes, taking advantage of the opportunities to build character and confidence through sport. Work through time to help build sustainable success with Pine’s soccer program. Professional Qualifications Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proven track record in coaching basketball at a competitive level. Experience in contributing to the development of successful programs is highly advantageous. Strong organizational skills are essential. Above all, The Pine School seeks a coach who thrives on working with high school students and is dedicated to supporting student-athletes within a college-preparatory educational setting.
