This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage behavior effectively, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. Duties Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of students in the sport disciplines. Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth among athletes. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Organize and oversee practice sessions, competitions, and events while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
