We’re a small, but competitive club seeking to promote our players to the next level and more importantly shaping better humans + soccer players. Summary As a Soccer Coach with Miami Beach, you will play a vital role in introducing young children to the joys of soccer in a fun and safe environment. If you have an older team, you’re seeking to begin to teach the competitive part of the game and really help them thrive with advanced coaching topics. Responsibilities Coaching 3x a week 1.5hr session per team (can be back to back if two teams) Create session plans Communicate effectively with management + parents of your players. Provide feedback to players and parents about progress and achievements. Requirements Experience in coaching competitive club teams. Strong understanding of the game and how to effectively manage players & parents. Teach high level soccer concepts. Pass a drug test & background check with the city.
