The head coaching position at Mater Bay is involved in the development of the entire cross country program including fundraising, scheduling meets, communication with student athletes and parents as well as developing the entire student athlete. The head coach is responsible for fulfilling the Mater Bay educational standard and upholding Mater Bay’s mission and vision. Desired Qualifications Experience coaching at a highly competitive level and experience with program development are preferred. Classroom experience preferred, but not required. Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal Background Check, Level II Fingerprint Screening(s), and Drug screen. Education Bachelors Degree or higher diploma is required.
