The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical education, sports coaching, or related fields, and will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in various physical activities. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment that promotes health, fitness, and personal development among students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote physical fitness. Coach students in various sports Provide individualized support to students to enhance their skills Utilize behavior management techniques to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to track student progress and address any challenges. Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to health and fitness. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper use of equipment. Qualifications Experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports is preferred. Strong background in behavior management techniques to effectively support diverse learning needs. Previous experience in childcare or working with youth is a plus.
