We are currently seeking motivated and knowledgeable Volleyball Coaches to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate and supportive coaching environment where development, community, and excellence are our top priorities.

We are hiring for both:

•Full-Time Coaches with strong experience and credentials •Part-Time Coaches who may be earlier in their coaching journey but possess solid volleyball knowledge and enthusiasm for working with youth athletes

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute engaging and effective volleyball practices Provide consistent feedback and skill development for athletes Foster a positive and inclusive team environment Communicate with players and families professionally and clearly Support the overall growth and success of the program

Qualifications:

Full-Time Coach Requirements:

3+ years of coaching experience (club, high school, or college level preferred) Deep understanding of the game and player development strategies Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Availability for consistent weekly coaching hours and weekend tournaments

Part-Time Coach Requirements:

Volleyball playing experience or basic coaching knowledge Eagerness to learn and grow as a coach Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be reliable and great with kids
