Water Sports Instructor The Rhum House 59300 Overseas Highway, Marathon, FL 33050 Join our team at The Lagoon and be a Watersports Goon! Become a guide and learn the adventure of the Aquapark or learn to pull the cable and teach the next generation of cable park kids how to shred the cable. Not looking to be on the water? You can run the retail shop to it’s fullest potential!
Responsibilities Operator :
Share your passion and teach the next generation how to ride the cable like a pro.
Dispatcher :
Aqua guide guests through thrilling Aquapark experiences and introduce them to the adventure of The Lagoon.
Shop Crew :

Qualifications :
Retail or customer service experience (preferred) Friendly and detail-oriented Ability to work weekends and holidays Outgoing, energetic, and physically active Enjoy working with kids and families Ability to handle physically demanding work in sun/water Comfortable working with point-of-sale systems Strong swimmer and comfortable in aquatic environments Good communicator with patience and energy CPR/First Aid certification (plus) Whether you’re stoked to teach wakeboarding, guide guests through the Aquapark, or run a buzzing shop like a pro, The Lagoon is the place to be.
