Job Summary:

Lake Highland and Highlander Aquatics seek an Assistant Swim Coach & Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for the Aquatics programs, conduct swim lessons, and coach seasonal swim team groups. Responsibilities include coordinating swim lesson and swim team schedules; organizing and implementing training activities for swim lesson instructors and seasonal coaches; assisting with registration and payments for swim lessons and seasonal swim team groups; and organizing swim meet hospitality and concessions for home swim meets, to name several. This is a full-time, fully benefitted, 12-month position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply. Education/Experience Current First Aid and CPR Certification required. Lifeguard Training and USA Swimming certifications required. Minimum of 3 years’ related experience preferred. Prior experience in swim lesson and coaching instruction preferred.
