Our mission is to inspire and empower youth ages 5-15 through high-quality instruction, teamwork, and a passion for performance. We’re seeking an experienced, and reliable Competitive Cheer Coach to lead our growing teams. You’ll work with motivated athletes in a supportive, high-energy environment, helping them reach their full potential both on and off the mat.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach and develop competitive cheer teams (ages 5-15) in stunts, tumbling, and routines Create safe, challenging, and engaging practices that foster skill progression and team spirit Prepare teams for local, regional, and national competitions Track athlete progress and provide constructive feedback Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and athletes Ensure all safety and gym protocols are followed Assist with choreography and routine development as needed Support and attend team events, parades, and recitals

Qualifications:

Prior experience coaching competitive cheerleading (youth experience preferred) Strong knowledge of stunting, tumbling, and competition rules Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and leadership skills Reliability and punctuality are a must Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes Must have own transportation
