Competitive Cheer Coach Assistant Fierce Orlando Orlando, FL 32809 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Competitive Cheer Coach to join our team. The Coach will be responsible for leading and coaching our competitive cheer team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach our competitive cheer team to success
- Develop and implement training programs for the team
- Create and implement choreography for routines
- Evaluate and provide feedback to team members on performance
- Attend competitions with the team and provide support
- Communicate with parents and team members regarding practices, competitions, and team updates
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for team members
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching competitive cheerleading
- Knowledge and understanding of competitive cheerleading rules and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to create and implement training programs and choreography
- Ability to work with a team and motivate team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings and some weekends when we have competition.

Do you know how to tumble your self if so what can you do? Hours very between 2-8 hours a week 2 days a week days depends on which team you’ll help assist at . Monday
- Friday times for classes starting from 4:30pm up to 9:30pm .
Saturdays depends on team time . Do you agree to hours . “this is a part time job” Saturdays are mandatory to work do you agree to this day? Monday-Friday Which days are you available starting from 4:30pm-9:30pm This position starts the week of May 20th 2025 do you agree to start that week? Sundays are mandatory to work for competition From August-December 2025 and Saturdays January-May 2026 do you agree to this? Due to being around students background checks are mandatory do you agree to take one with no problem?
