We are professional, agile and innovative. •This position will primarily be located in Orlando Florida, at the Rosen Center. We are looking for Elite Swim Coaches to join our team and help teach swimmers technical stroke technique. Swimming Athletes ages ~11-30. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of ages and abilities, as well as a passion for teaching and helping others learn. The Coaches will be responsible for providing instruction in a safe and fun environment, while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide feedback and guidance to students in order to help them reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

Coach swimming techniques to children and adults. Provide a safe and fun learning environment for students. Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and drills to help the swimmer improve. Instruct students on proper breathing techniques and stroke mechanics. Provide feedback to students on their performance. Enforce pool rules and regulations.
