What You’ll Do:

Coach swim lessons for babies, children, and adults in an indoor, heated pool Follow the Superstar Teaching Method to teach water safety and stroke development Create a fun and safe learning environment Build trust and confidence with swimmers and families Assist with poolside setup, equipment use, and enforce safety standards Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

PM Weekends:

8:00 AM•1:00

PM Minimum Commitment:

2 shifts per week Afternoons and weekends are required Consistency in attendance is highly valued No prior experience is needed•40 hours of paid training provided in-house.
