Alex’s Aqua Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate swim instructor to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with infants and young children while promoting essential water safety skills. As a swim instructor you will:

• Provide high-quality swim lessons and aquatic instruction.
• Promote water safety and drowning prevention for infants and young children.
• Follow a structured curriculum designed to maximize learning and confidence in the water
• Work independently Experience of 1-3 years of swim instruction, childcare, or related fields is preferred.

We offer hands-on training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for success at Alex’s Aqua Academy.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in swim instruction, childcare, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• A passion for working with infants, young children, and families.
