Job Description
Head Coach, Women’s Soccer 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 5800 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota, FL 34243 Description The Soccer Coach will lead the program based around our athletic department core values. The Athletic Coach will be responsible for both the development and management of the athletic program. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in coaching and recruiting. This position will be responsible for camps for this sport, as well as game uniform patches revenue, in addition to banner revenue.
Examples of Duties Coaching:
Develop and implement effective training programs, provide individual and team instruction, and guide athletes in skill development and game strategies. Foster a positive and competitive team environment while ensuring adherence to program goals and standards
Recruiting:
Identify and engage potential athletes, build relationships with high schools, clubs, and other talent sources, and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent to the program.
