At 212° Academy , we’re more than just a basketball program—we’re a year-round development academy dedicated to helping student-athletes reach their full potential on and off the court. Known for our “Be the Steam” mindset, we focus on developing character, discipline, and elite athletic performance searching to help our athletes find their One Extra Degree.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for passionate and motivated Basketball Coaches to join our Summer Basketball Camps in June. This role has the high potential of turning into a long-term opportunity. We’re actively seeking future full-time staff for our Academy’s high school and post-grad teams, and strong camp performance can open the door.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and coach youth athletes throughout camp sessions Run structured drills, skills workouts, and competitive games Uphold and model high character, sportsmanship, and leadership Represent 212° Academy to campers, families, and visiting prospects Help identify and recruit potential student-athletes for year-round programs Maintain a safe, positive, and energetic camp environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous coaching or playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level Strong communication and leadership skills High energy, dependable, and enthusiastic about mentoring youth Passion for basketball and athlete development
