Competitive hourly pay based on experience At Strive to Survive Swim School, we believe every child deserves the skills to survive and thrive in the water. Our mission is to build water confidence, teach lifesaving techniques, and promote safety through nurturing and professional instruction. We’re growing and looking for passionate, patient, and energetic individuals to join our team as Survival Swim Instructors ! Teach children (ages 6 months and up) foundational survival swim techniques, including rollback-to-float and self-rescue skills. Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each student. Communicate clearly with parents/guardians regarding progress, goals, and safety recommendations. Maintain pool cleanliness and adhere to health and safety protocols. Complete regular training and development to stay aligned with school standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in swim instruction, child care, or teaching WSI water safety instruction certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work with children of all ages and comfort working in the water for extended periods Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to child safety and development
