Boys Soccer Regional Team Head Coach/National Team Assistant Coach DME Academy Daytona Beach, FL 32114 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team for the 2025-26 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for young athletes. The Soccer Coach will work closely with the Director of Boys Soccer and is responsible for assisting with the Nation Team and being Head Coash of the Regional Team. Responsibilities Work with the Athletic Director and Director of Boys Soccer in a highly competitive program at a dynamic, forward-thinking sports academy that is able to compete at a high level while also embodying DME’s spirit of sportsmanship, integrity, dignity, respect in competition and excellence in the classroom. Assist in all aspects of the Boys Soccer program – on field skill development, film breakdown and scouting, practice planning, game management and preparation, in-game coaching strategy, transportation, scheduling and administrative duties, and daily soccer operations. Monitor student-athletes within the program’s behavioral and academic progress Recruit high character individuals to DME Academy that are mission appropriate student-athletes Assist in the placement of student-athletes to top colleges and universities that are the right fit. Establish effective relationships with players and coaches within the program, as well as other athletic coaches and faculty on campus Communicate effectively with players and their families or agents Requirements Bachelor’s degree Collegiate playing experience and/or professional playing experience High School or Collegiate Coaching Experience Desire to be actively engaged in the school community Excellent communication skills Ability to support the residential life needs of a boarding school community
