Youth Soccer Instructor i9 Sports – Savannah 9184 Ford Avenue, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and education, with the ability to engage and inspire students of various ages. This role involves teaching essential skills in soccer, while also fostering a positive learning environment through effective behavior management techniques. Must be able to effectively communicate with children and adults Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Instruct students in soccer and physical activities, ensuring safety and skill development. Utilize behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Provide individualized support to students, adapting teaching methods as necessary. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance program offerings and student experiences. Maintain a safe and organized environment for all participants during classes and activities. Requirements Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of sports coaching techniques, particularly in soccer. Ability to manage behavior effectively in a group setting. Previous experience in childcare or related fields is a plus. A passion for sports and physical education, with a commitment to fostering student growth and development.
