As part of our team you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and motivational support. We work with all ages and abilities, and there are opportunities to work with athletes from middle school through professional levels. Responsibilities Develop customized fitness plans tailored to individual client needs and goals. Conduct training sessions to guide clients through workouts and ensure proper technique. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to maximize results. Provide motivation and encouragement to clients during workouts to enhance their performance. Maintain a clean and organized training environment that promotes safety and effectiveness. Requirements Strong knowledge of exercise science. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels. Experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is a plus. Positive attitude and good energy Ability to work in a team environment Must be a willing and eager learner
