EAV aims to provide top-notch volleyball training for female players at all levels, from beginners to experienced high schoolers, through well-organized, high-energy, and innovative techniques. We are seeking someone interested in pursuing a career in volleyball instruction. The responsibilities include leading daily Girls Small Group Training sessions, directing Girls NIKE Volleyball Camps in the summer in Peachtree City, and providing private 1-on-1 sessions to program participants. This challenging career opportunity offers personal and financial rewards. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for volleyball. They should possess exceptional energy and the ability to promote the EAV Program. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working with young players, show a willingness to set and help players achieve goals, and exhibit a positive attitude. Job Functions:
- Adhere to EAV Instructional Policies and Procedures and learn the EAV Instructional methodology
- Assist with facility setup, cleaning, and breakdown
Qualifications:
- College playing experience; Professional Playing Experience is a bonus
- Experience in small group training, 1-on-1 sessions, and summer camps
- Team coaching experience
