Private Swim Instructor MarciSwim, LLC Atlanta, GA 30305 MarciSwim is a company dedicated to teaching swim safety to students of all ages in a 1:1, personalized setting. We are seeking dedicated Swim Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, have a strong background in swimming, and be open to learning the MarciSwim training method. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage with children effectively. Responsibilities Instruct students in swimming techniques and safety practices to enhance their skills and confidence in the water. Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other instructors to promote a comprehensive aquatic program. Qualifications Strong background in swimming and teaching techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students Certification in lifeguarding is preferred Understanding of foundational swimming skills and stroke development Ability to work with children and promote a safe learning environment Childcare experience Must have reliable transportation
